Equipment
Yangtse has production lines for preparation, pretreatment, welding, chassis, painting, assembly and new energy. It has the most advanced silane vitrification electrophoresis anticorrosion process in China, wet grinding room for painting, automatic chassis turning, six-piece assembling, hot tensioning masking and other processes and production equipments.

Since 2009, our products have been exported to Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Russia, Bolivia, Peru and other countries, and in the context of "One Belt One Road", the overseas market share has been increasing year by year.
Service
Yangtse has a complete and effective quality assurance system and process. There are strict control procedures from planning, design, production preparation, incoming parts, production process, final inspection to sales and service to ensure that no defective products are designed, received, manufactured or passed on, and that quality problems can be detected and corrected.
New models are subjected to 15,000 km reliability and performance tests before going into production to detect possible faults and optimize the relevant design. When preparing for production, the quality department prepares a quality assurance plan based on the production and service experience and the technical documents of the current batch of models.
Taking the lead in revolutionizing the service concept of the industry, we have shifted from traditional passive service to the era of information-based active service: using modern means such as service hotline, information monitoring platform, micro-telecommunication interconnection, and big data analysis, we actively intervene and provide service in advance.
