Feature
It has the functions of water sprinkling, dust pressure, high and low level spraying, pesticide spraying, guardrail rinsing, etc. It also has the functions of water transportation, drainage and emergency fire fighting. The cleaning vehicle is mainly composed of automobile chassis, tank, water pump, ball valve and water pipeline, sprinkler device and other components. The high and low pressure pumps and motors are all national stereotyped products with good performance and reliable operation, high pressure, large flow and low power consumption when sprinkling.
Detail
1. The high and low pressure pumps are directly connected, eliminating intermediate transmission links, high transmission efficiency and low energy consumption. Key parts such as high-pressure water pump, low-pressure water pump, high-pressure water pump drive motor, low-pressure water pump drive motor, and so on, are all adopted by well-known brands in the industry.
2. The control mode "Display + Controller + CAN bus operator panel" is used for several reasons. The center control panel can monitor the sensor signal status, display the fault codes, and electric parameters of the motor.
3. The tank adopts electrophoresis and powder spraying technology, with good corrosion protection effect. Tank body adopts rolled plate edging process, automatic welding, good tank molding effect.
